  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure in my own house, there being no house belonging to the Cure.

  2. Other benefices: No other in your Lordship's Diocese.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At no Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lord's Day with a Sermon both morning and afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered four times in the year to about seventy Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In the months of <May> June and July.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & every thing belonging to it is in good repair considering its antiquity & meaness, but it is much too small to contain the Inhabitants.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier.

  9. Number of families: Near two hundred.

  10. Chapels: There is a French conformist Chapel regularly served twice every Sunday by a Mr Bataille, who I apprehend was appointed to it by a Committee of French Gentlemen acting under ye authority of the Governors of Queen Ann's Bounty as it is principally supported out of that Fund.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no Papists in my Parish that I know of nor is there any meeting-house for Dissenters.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a good writing School, but no charitable endowment of any kind.

  13. Charity: None that I know of, who am most respectfully your Lordships dutyful Son & Servant Abm. Henry Lemoyne Minister of East-Stonehouse.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was licenced to the perpetual Cure of East Stonehouse ye 21st day of December in ye year 1752.
    My Priest's orders are dated ye 23rd day of October 1748.
